SM5144-YLW-3.18-12.7-9.14 sealant tape is ideally suited for aerospace application. SM5144 is approved on a number of major aerospace specifications. This yellow colored product achieves excellent positive vacuum seals with all material surfaces and vacuum bagging films. Its maximum cure temperature of 218°C allows easy fabrication of pleats, pressure intensifiers and resin dams critical for advanced material manufacturing. SM5144-YLW-3.18-12.7-9.14 strips very cleanly and quickly from mold surfaces on cooling, ensuring optimum stripping characteristics for tool removal. It allows for simplified and efficient production in advanced material industry.
