ELASTRON G101.A58.B.U is a soft, black thermoplastic elastomer compound that offers good physical properties and chemical resistance making it suitable for engineering applications. It has a Shore A hardness of 58 and density of 1.19 g/cm3 providing flexibility and durability. With tensile strength of 5.50 MPa and elongation at break of 750%, ELASTRON G101.A58.B.U withstands stresses and strains encountered in the production of technical components. It also has low compression set at 70°C of 45% and 100°C of 72%, maintaining its shape over time and temperatures critical for engineering parts manufacturing. ELASTRON G101.A58.B.U is bondable to polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate and polyethylene, enabling adhesion in multi-material components.
