DESMODUR VK 5

DESMODUR VK 5 is a mixture of diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate (MDI) with isomers and higher functional homologues (PMDI) supplied by Covestro. It is a mixture of monomeric polyisocyanates suitable for combining with Baycoll in the formulation of adhesives for bonding many materials like wood, metal and plastics. DESMODUR VK 5 offers particular suitability for combining with Baycoll in the formulation of reactive two-component adhesives and moisture-curing one-component adhesives. It provides high strength bonding for various substrates used in construction.
