CASTER SUGAR N°1 400 is obtained by purification and crystallisation of juice extracted from sugar beet followed by its continuous screening. It is very soluble in water and sparingly soluble in ethanol. It complies with pharmacopoeial standards for identification, purity, and other tests. It is an extremely pure, free flowing and dust-free crystalline powder which ensures quick dissolution of dry mixes. It has a particle size range (μm) 300-500 and is ideal for dry syrups / suspensions, powder sachets, granules and for sugar coatings.
