AMIDEX GH is a glucose corn syrup solids product obtained by the partial enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch. AMIDEX GH contains dextrose, maltose, oligo and polysaccharides which provides sweetness and texture to food products. As a food ingredient, AMIDEX GH helps improve the taste and mouthfeel of foods without altering the original flavor. It is kosher pareve and halal certified making it suitable for a variety of food applications. AMIDEX GH has a dextrose equivalent of 37-42% and moisture content of 0-6% meeting the stringent quality and safety standards for food grade products.
