PRIMACOR IO 3701

PRIMACOR IO 3701 is an ionomer resin designed for extrusion coating applications in advanced material industries. As an ionomer of ethylene acrylic acid copolymer, PRIMACOR IO 3701 provides excellent sealability in coextrusions. It has a density of 0.940 g/cm3 and melt index of 5.2 g/10min, making it well-suited for high-speed coating processes. PRIMACOR IO 3701's vicat softening point of 173°F allows for coating of advanced material substrates without risk of deformation. Its thermal properties also enable uniform coating at temperatures up to 550°F. PRIMACOR IO 3701 is specifically formulated to provide advanced material manufacturers with high-performance moisture and oxygen barrier protection through extrusion coating processes.
