DESMODUR E 30700

Desmodur E 30700 is an aliphatic ester groups containing prepolymer based on hexamethylene-1,6-diisocyanate (HDI). With an NCO content of approximately 11%, Desmodur E 30700 offers flexible properties when used as a hardener for polyurethane formulations. It provides viscosity of around 1350 mPa.s at 23°C, making it an ideal component for producing coatings and membranes with tailored mechanical characteristics. Desmodur E 30700 can be combined with suitable polyols and aliphatic amines to create 2-component polyurethane and polyurea coatings exhibiting light stability and flexibility. These coatings deliver protective, seamless finishes with high durability. Desmodur E 30700's balanced reactivity allows formulators to achieve optimal curing profiles for their specific applications and substrates.
